Welcome to my website
My name is Ezra "Woody" Lozano, and my passion is playing football every day. I take pride in doing the work that others often overlook. What makes me truly happy is immersing myself in football—through workouts, long hours, and continuous study and learning.
As I reflect on the end of my freshman year, I remember how many coaches told me back in 8th grade that I would struggle against the 9th graders. However, I’ve realized that it doesn’t matter what others think; what’s important is that I pour my heart and effort into everything I do, both on and off the field. I work hard not for the approval of coaches, but for the respect that comes with my name, my craft, my team, and the dedication I put into this amazing sport.
I pride myself on being a player who doesn’t cause problems or seek recognition. I do this because I was raised to be respectful and to do things the right way. I aim to leave everything on the field. What sets me apart is my determination—I want success more than others do. I don't complain; I keep my feet on the ground and stay humble. I am a team player who works hard and remains focused.
I believe that hard work done in private will eventually be recognized in public. I am academically grounded and understand how to learn in multiple ways, and I put just as much effort into my football skills and weightlifting as I do into my studies. My ultimate goal is to play college football while obtaining a solid education.
I love this sport.
I love my family. I love working harder than everyone else. I thrive on making people realize that while they may work hard, I will always go further. I love God, and I believe in the Wardog way: respect is earned, not given.
"Rise Up; this matter is in your hands. We will support you, so take courage and do it.” Ezra 10:4 NIV
